Membership

PFLAG Buffalo/Niagara membership is open to any one who shares our mission of support, education, and advocacy to improve the lives of our Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual, and Transgendered family members and friends. Membership is at five levels:

Lifetime Membership ($500)
Benefactor Membership ($250)
Sponsoring Membership ($100)
Supporting Membership ($50)
Household Membership ($30)
Subscription only ($15) includes a one year subscription to the Buffalo/Niagara Chapter newsletter

We also offer an advertising membership at $100 per year that includes a business card sized ad in our newsletter. (Please submit your business card ad electronically to pflag@bfn.org for inclusion in the newsletter.)

If you want to join, you have two options. You can print the membership form (in Adobe PDF format) by clicking here. (A free reader is available from Adobe.) Please complete the form (or print your name, address, and telephone number on a plain sheet of paper) and send it with your payment to PFLAG Buffalo/Niagara, P.O. Box 617, Buffalo, NY 14207.

Since membership dues cover only one third of our annual costs, donations are greatly appreciated.
